Your recovery code is generated on this device. Save it, hide it, then enter it again. Only after local verification is the encrypted key envelope saved to your account. The server never receives the code.
Please noteCompleting this step does not mean any file was uploaded or that you can delete an original. If you lose the code, we cannot decrypt for you.
